Because The Enron Egg is a specialized, high-energy device, all sales are subject to strict regulations.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do NOT accept returns or refunds except in the following cases:

  • Product damaged in transit
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Device arrives non-functional

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

To qualify:

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must provide video and photo proof
  • Device must remain sealed, unused, and unmodified

If approved, refunds are issued only in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong address provided
  • Buyer regulatory issues
  • Delays caused by customs
  • Attempted unauthorized core access

4. Replacements

If the issue qualifies, we offer:

  • Replacement unit
  • Or equivalent refund in crypto
